Q: How do I place a wholesale order?
A: The stores shopping cart will not add wholesale prices. You may place an order by email, fax, phone or postal mail to That Girl's Bath and Body. You will need to provide us with your tax ID or license number. You must provide the Name of your Company, full business address, email, website, fax, and phone.
For the fastest response and delivery when ordering you will need to email it in using our order form. The order form will be provided after approval. If you like to you may sent in your order via email. Click the send email button located at the top of the web-store.

Estimated Shipping Time: Q: How long does it take for package(s) to arrive?
Wholesale order may take 2-4 weeks (estimated time of delivery), but may take long to be shipped due to our unique handmade products, made to order, back order, size of wholesale order, weather, busy holiday, work load, etc. Each shipment may take longer due to delays in shipping, production due to high volume, or maybe be delivered quickly. You will be notified of estimated time and price of shipping. All items are made to order by handmade in small batch to arrive at peak of freshness.
Payments: By using a paper check for payment, you agree to the following terms: In the event your check is dishonored or returned for any reason, you authorize us to electronically (or by paper draft) re-present the check to your bank account for collection of the amount of the check, plus any applicable fees as permitted by law. Returned checks subject to $25.00 charge. *Checks will only be allowed from wholesale customer who have ordered a minimum of three times. Paper Checks are subject to approval. If your check does not clear you will have to order by other methods above. You will be on probation and will not be able to use a check as payment for 6 months. A: Wholesale customers pay for the product total and will be billed via PayPal Invoice. Q: What are your Wholesale Return Policies?
A: Applies only to Unopened, unused and undamaged products: Items purchased wholesale for resale purposes carry a 7 day initial satisfaction guarantee. Non-returnable/refundable products: All Balms, butters, nail cuticle pen are non-refundable due to the delicate nature of these natural products. We carry quality merchandise and if for any reason, other than you do not like the scent, your not happy with the unopened undamaged merchandise you may return it for credit, replacement or a refund. Product must be in good original condition, all original packing material must be included, original receipt/invoice and picture of damage content. A REM number will need to be issued before any replacement/or refund is granted. Wholesale products will be shipped with a merchandise return label, shipping insurance and delivery confirmation. We carry scent samples for purchase for individual and whole sellers. Buy sample first if you are unsure of a fragrance. Any merchandise being returned must have been given return authorization via email BEFORE being returned. We package our items very carefully. If for any reason you receive a package that is damages, leaked, broken or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours. PLEASE KEEP ALL packaging materials, product(s), and boxes for USPS to inspect. If any items were sent in error or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours. DO not remove any seals, open or use any product(s) you received in error. We will ship your correct items ASAP. Once we receive a delivery confirmation showing your package has been delivered to the address given, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items. You can contact consumer affairs or Postal Service in your local area for compensation. We are not responsible for tariff or custom duties fees nor for packages held due to customs. What Method of Shipping Do we Use?
A) USPS (United States Postal Service ONLY). Unless, you Provide That Girl's Bath and Body with a Pre-Paid downloaded printable FedEx or UPS Ship Label.
Many items may be shipped USPS Parcel Post, First Class Mail, or Priority Mail. EXAMPLES: (Soap, Butters, Balms) must be sent Priority Mail. These 100 percent natural items must be shipped Priority Mail to arrive fresh. With USPS shipping we add delivery confirmation and insurance to your order. This applies to all wholesale orders. Orders over $300.00 included shipping insurance and delivery confirmation.
You will be charged Actual Calculated Shipping at time of delivery. Product Total Must be PAID IN FULL before any production can begin and before shipping.

When you buy our wholesale product(s) with our labels and business information all original labels MUST remain on all products at all times. That Girl's Bath & Body products may NOT be repackaged or relabeled. No alterations to the company information or design. Before placing an order, please fill out our Wholesale Order information. Once we receive it a wholesale catalog will be shipped.
When placing your first order, we will need an actual copy of your business license and sales tax ID number. You may send a copy of you business license or tax ID via fax or postal mail. Do not send a copy via email (pdf). All first time orders must be prepaid (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or PayPal accepted). First time wholesale orders get an additional 10% discount on an order $1000.00 or more. We offer monthly specials and discounts for wholesale accounts.
Wholesale Bath & Body Qualification: Minimum opening orders are $600 product total before shipping and tax; $300 reorder minimum. Minimum Scent per product 4, per ingredients 20, packaging container 20, or per shade QTY is 12. Product Total Must be PAID IN FULL before any production or work can begin on your order. NO Cancellations or changes can be made once the order is placed! If you wish to add on to your recent order, please contact us ASAP. If the order has not shipped we will gladly add it to the current order. Otherwise it will incur a separate shipping & tax charge. Shipping will apply to all wholesale orders. Tax is collected on all orders purchased and shipping to Virgina residents. All products are made to order and not stock and shelve items. The delivery date is an estimated time of delivery only and production time is not included. Production time is a minimum of 5-8 business days, not counting weekends or holidays. Product total must be paid in full before any work will begin on your order. All minimum orders are for product total before shipping. Jewelry opening wholesale order minimum is $150.00 on product total, before shipping and tax (if applicable). This applies on your First wholesale order. Subsequent (reorder) minimum is $100.00.

- We do wholesale to internet-only companies, but required you provide us with additional information.
- Wholesale orders have a minimum dollar order amount and minimum number of each (per) item.
- You must provide contact information, Name of Business Owner (Last and First Name), the Name of your Business, Full Physical Address, Contact Business Phone Number, a Valid Tax ID Number, business email, website (if applicable) and Fax Number prior to purchase.
- A copy of your State or Government Resale License, Vendor's License, Sellers Permit, Official Certification for your business, or equivalent documentation as provided by your state. *Note internet only businesses must provide a physical mailing address. PO Box's can be given in addition for mailing purposes, but PO Box/Mailing only addresses will not be accepted.
Once your request is received and your account is created, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours, and then you will be able to access the wholesale products. Request received after business hours, 5pm weekdays, will not be responded to until the following day. Request received on weekends will receive a response the following Monday. WHOLESALE TERMS :
When you buy our wholesale product(s) with our labels and business information all original labels MUST remain on all products at all times. That Girl's Bath & Body products may NOT be repackaged or relabeled. No alterations to the company information or design. Before placing an order, please fill out our Wholesale Order information. Once we receive it a wholesale catalog will be shipped.
When placing your first order, we will need an actual copy of your business license and sales tax ID number. You may send a copy of you business license or tax ID via fax or postal mail. Do not send a copy via email (pdf). All first time orders must be prepaid (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or PayPal accepted). First time wholesale orders get an additional 10% discount on an order $1000.00 or more. We offer monthly specials and discounts for wholesale accounts.
Wholesale Bath & Body Qualification: Minimum opening orders are $600 product total before shipping and tax; $300 reorder minimum. Minimum Scent per product 4, per ingredients 20, packaging container 20, or per shade QTY is 12. Product Total Must be PAID IN FULL before any production or work can begin on your order. NO Cancellations or changes can be made once the order is placed! If you wish to add on to your recent order, please contact us ASAP. If the order has not shipped we will gladly add it to the current order. Otherwise it will incur a separate shipping & tax charge. Shipping will apply to all wholesale orders. Tax is collected on all orders purchased and shipping to Virgina residents. All products are made to order and not stock and shelve items. The delivery date is an estimated time of delivery only and production time is not included. Production time is a minimum of 5-8 business days, not counting weekends or holidays. Product total must be paid in full before any work will begin on your order. All minimum orders are for product total before shipping.
